Almost soothingly hypnotic to watch, this street vendor chops onions by hand with nothing more than a knife and his steady hands faster than what appears to be humanly possibly without losing a finger or two along the way.
Me? I’ll stick with one of the inexpensive onion choppers from Amazon. Much safer that way.
