Electric skates are one of those awesome ideas that everyone has at some point but which no-one has really managed to make work. In theory you could just stand in these shoes and jet around the street and these particular skates promise to take you up to speeds of 12mph. They’re also very different from the ideas that most of us have seeing as they are a) real and b) functional.
They come with a removable lithium ion battery that provides 1.5 hours of fun. Presumably they take a little getting used to but they must totally be worth it.
